A school district with 17 separate campuses was suffering from broken collaboration and heavy communication expenses. We designed and implemented a solution that migrated all of their standalone phone systems to a single Cisco-driven, unified solution. We were able to help the school district leverage Cisco capital and rollout a solution that would pay for itself in less than 3 years.
A client operating in multiple branches housed their central call processing in a location prone to power outages and technical difficulties. Because of this, they experienced downtime and broken communication on a regular basis. We partnered with this company and migrated their communication platform to another location that offers more resiliency and greater redundancy.
A campus approached us to set up communication and collaboration features and tools that would promote a safer environment. In this case, one of the first things we did was set up E911 services for the campus. This feature automatically passes on location specifics and caller information to emergency services — minus the high costs of a traditional on-site phone service for 911.
A large North Texas company partnered with us to set up centralized PA and broadcast alerts and notifications. We were able to tie these alerts into the National Weather Service to enable automatic notifications for tornadoes. On top of this, we included a 4-digit extension that can be used to launch emergency alerts and instructions for high-intensity situations.
